Who am I?
My name is Selina Fenech. I've been full time self employed as an artist since about 2002, displaying my work online for longer than that, and drawing and painting even longer. I'm generally your typical girl-geek, with a particular fascination for fantasy themes, of course.
I also run the Fairies and Fantasy Pty Ltd company, merchandising not only my artwork, but that of a few other artists as well. It keeps me busy!

What about my artwork?
I've been mostly doing digital work for the last year. I still do some traditional work with either a watercolour and/or acrylic base painting, with other bits of pencil, pastels, inks, whatever, thrown on top. I'm about to do a big upload here with some of my new pictures so you can see what I've been doing lately

Why don't I sell prints on DA?

I make my own art prints, as well as lots of other fun merchandise with my art all for sale at fairiesandfantasy DOT com.

So What's New?
Since my last update things have been good. I bought a house, got married, and I'm expecting my first baby, well, any day now actually!
I'm branching out into some writing as well as my art, and have published an illustrated fantasy novel for young adults called "Memory's Wake" www.memoryswake.com and a paranormal romance novella for young adults called "Emotionally Charged" [link]
I will have a coffee table book of my art coming out in 2012 (publisher's schedules willing), and have had my artwork published in a number of oracle decks and other publications, including the Wild Wisdom of the Faery Oracle deck which solely includes my artwork- [link]
